TO LOCATE A PRODUCT: 1) Click the appropriate model scale on the left menu bar from any page 2) Select a model manufacturer 3) Select a type of product (if choices are shown) OR 1) Click "SEARCH PRODUCTS" on the top menu bar 2) Enter any portion of the name of a model kit or manufacturer 3) Click "SEARCH" TO SELECT A PRODUCT: 1) Click "Add One To Basket" OR 2) Click "More Info" button for the product, then enter the quantity you want to order, then "Add to Basket." 3) After each selection, you will be shown the items currently in your cart. You may "Remove" items or change the quantity and then click "Update". 4) To continue shopping use your back button or click "Home" or "Search Products". 5) To see what you have selected, click "View Basket." 6) When done shopping, click "Checkout" at Upper/Right. TO CHECK OUT AND PLACE YOUR ORDER: 1) If you are a returning customer, enter your login and your password.  If you have forgotten your password, choose "Please Email Me My Password". 2) If you are a new customer, click the "Create New Account" button. Please enter whatever login name and password you would like to use in the future. If you don't have an email address, you may enter anything into this field in order to proceed (just don't leave it blank!) WITHOUT A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, YOU WON'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. The password is anything you would like to use when visiting our site in the future (just don't leave it blank!) This login and password is used only to save you the time needed to reenter your personal information when you next visit our website. 3) If you don't want to create an account, click "Proceed Without Creating Account". 4) Enter your billing and shipping information. 5) Click "Save" to continue TO CHOOSE PAYMENT & SHIPPING OPTIONS: 1) Select the Shipping Area from the dropdown box. 2) We accept payment by personal check, money order, PayPal, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard & Discover). 3) If paying by check or money order, select "Check" as payment type and then the check number on the next page. If check number isn't available, enter a "1" to continue. 4) If paying by credit card, choose the type of card, then on the next page enter your name as it appears on the card, the card number, and expiration date. 5) If paying by PayPal, choose PayPal and then you will be taken to the PayPal website to continue. 6) Click "CONTINUE" 7) Print a copy of the invoice by clicking the "Print Invoice" button.
