Our model kits may be made of polyurethane resin, white metal, injected plastic, or a combination of these materials.  The resin models are hand cast with the highest standards of quality. Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED.  If you are not satisfied for any reason with your Fidelis Models product, notify us immediately and return the unopened model kit (in the original packaging) postmarked within thirty (30) days from date of shipment for a full refund of purchase price.  Customer pays for return shipping. We do not refund your original shipping fees. Items that have been opened, or used in any way, are subject to a 50% of original price restocking fee. For orders paid by credit card, refunds will be placed on the original credit card. Shipping fees on large orders will be handled on a case by case basis. Some items are made to order. Allow up to two weeks for shipping. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price (for any reason), we have the right to cancel any order placed. We will refund any payments for such orders in full.
