Fidelis Models manufactures and retails highly detailed military scale models in HO 1/87 scale. Our model kits may be made of polyurethane resin, white metal, injected plastic, or a combination of these materials. The resin models are hand cast with the highest standards of quality.
Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your Fidelis Models product, notify us immediately and return the unopened model kit (in the original packaging) postmarked within thirty (30) days from date of shipment for a full refund of purchase price. Customer pays for return shipping. We do not refund your original shipping fees. Items that have been opened, or used in any way, are subject to a 50% of original price restocking fee. For orders paid by credit card, refunds will be placed on the original credit card.

Domestic USA shipping is by Priority Mail. International shipping is normally by Air Mail or US Postal Global Priority Mail (subject to change without notice). Shipping fees on large orders will be handled on a case by case basis. Allow up to two weeks for shipping.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price (for any reason), we have the right to cancel any order placed. We will refund any payments for such orders in full. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
All orders are prepaid. Credit cards are not charged until order is ready to ship. Orders paid by personal check are shipped after the check has cleared.
All orders transfer to possession of the buyer when your shipment is delivered to the US Post Office. We do not insure shipments unless specifically requested to do so. Buyer pays for shipping insurance. Fidelis Models is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipment.
