The 10.5 cm leFH 18, or 105mm light field howitzer model 18 was the standard German Army field howitzer in World War Two. It remained in use and in production during all of World War Two and served with many German allied armies not only during the war, but in some cased for decades afterwards. It was used as recently as the present Syrian Civil War! The howitzer was usually horse drawn by six horses and had a crew of six men. This howitzer was typically used in batteries of four and companies of twelve howitzers.
